What forum would you buy?

If you could buy any forum out there, what one would you buy?

Why would you buy that forum over another?

What would you change about it after ownership is transferred to you?

I probably wouldn't want to buy another forum unless i could merge into my own one. I'd find it a bit weird taking over a forum in which i don't know the members beforehand.

I wish I could buy The Admin Zone and make it like it used to be aside from being aggressively competitive.
