I personally love the "force-ignore" button when someone is harassing or stalking me, trolling and flaming me non-stop. That settles a lot of personal issues between us.
 
I think more people should use the ignore button.

Too many people want the forum admin to ban people.

Instead, why not use the ignore feature?
