For those of you who have multiple forum team members, do you ever conduct staff meetings?

If so, in what type of setting are meetings held? Chat? Slack? Zoom? Etc.

What sort of topics are discussed in staff meetings?

For those of you who don't conduct staff meetings, after reading this topic, would you consider it in the future?

The InvisionFree staff team would do impromptu meetings in IRC on our own private channel.
I think now it would be Discord though, since almost everyone has it.
