I recently tried to reset my password and never got a password. You may want to check your email settings.

We had problems recently with our emails too, and someone said it could be a Xenforo update situation? @Shawn Gossman maybe ask Malcolm what he's doing for CH if you still have problems?

I went ahead and changed to a secure SMTP.

Hopefully, that solves the problem!

Well, no not really.

I got your personal reply back, and I got the notification of this topic, but I never got the password reset email.

Did you try to do the password reset again after my response? If not, try it again. Make sure to check your junk mail.

If it still doesn’t work, let me know and I’ll look further into it.

I just used the forgot password link and reset my password without issue. The email was sent to my junk, but I did get it.

Make sure you add my address to your contact list to keep it from going to junkmail.
