Do you ever get bad feedback or negative criticism about your forum?

If you do, how do you respond to it? Do you respond negatively in return? Do you consider the feedback for improving your forum? Do you ignore it?

I'm interested in knowing how such feedback impacts your forum.

As with all things.. you will get those that like something.. and those that simply want to bitch.
If those that want to bitch can give actual constructive criticism I will listen to them... but if they are simply bitching to bitch.. they can kiss my arse.
I have made some changes on my site based upon my users input... and it's generally been positive.
I'm not the end-all/be-all of forums... sometimes your users input is more beneficial than your "idea" as an admin.

In the end, if you don't please the masses, they will just leave, and then it's just you.

So, I totally get that!
