Do you think a blog that posts once a day is too much or do you think it would help make the blog more popular in its niche?

How about more than one post a day?
 
It's all about how free you are to make posts on your blog on dialy basis. If you have the time to post daily, it's definitely for the good of your blog. This is because, the more content you get, the more it makes visitors come back for more and it's more traffic for your blog.

The biggest blogging experts out there say that daily content is the best way to become the top of your niche or at least one of the top players.

Of course the content has to be awesome as well!
 
I wouldn't recommend publishing one post every day even if you are free to do it. Having too many posts does not mean you will have tons of traffic, you need quality posts, SEO, and digital marketing to build traffic. In my opinion, one post each week is a good strategy.
 
I know a lot of people who are full time bloggers. It's their one and only profession. They write their contents and also pay for content writers to give them exactly what they are paying money for. The watch word for dialy blogging in my book would be high quality content.
 
It think posting on a daily basis is not much as long as each new content drives traffic to the site. However, doing so everyday might also make the blogger run out of contents especially when it is a niche that is saturated already.

I think saturation really only occurs when you're focusing on the ideas already made to create content.

Come up with new ideas based on research. This will make you better at the niche. It will give you new ideas for the niche.

You can focus on popular keywords but just make it original and add something to it.

I could blog daily if only I had the time!
