How often do you blog?

I'm a big-time blogger myself. I usually write a blog post at least every other day but I try to every day.

I'm not a blogger but more into forum. There's absolutely nothing wrong with blogging everyday as long as you are doing it in a way that it's going to hurt your health. I post on forums every day and it's part of my day's routine.
