When starting out a new forum, how many members are you looking at getting within the shortest possible time? How do you go about increasing the number of your forum members? If it's possible to boost the numbers by paying for it, would you go for it?
 
I'm satisfied with 10 or 20 members as quickly as we can get it.

With that many pending their activity, we can get a nice forum established.

It is already happening here :)
