How does members of your forum team work?

Do you encourage your forum staff team to work together on staff issues, moderation, support requests, etc?

Or do you let them do things solo and handle it on their own on an individual basis?

I'm pretty casual with my staff members, they know what's required and I'll give them a shout if there is anything needed.

That's how I would run things.

Let them take action alone if they feel it's okay.

Or they can work together if needed. And of course, I'm there is they need me.
