Have you ever had to fire a staff member?

What did the staff member do for you to have to terminate them from staff?

Did they remain active on the forum? Or did they leave? Or did they create drama that required you to ban them?

Luckily I've never had to do it since 2002, I think I've probably been extremely lucky during that time tbh.

I've removed moderator privileges from people who didn't use them. No animosity generated.
