Forums that require better topic titles?

I've seen some forums require better topic titles.

They require it because they want to do better with SEO and digital marketing.

I don't agree with that because it forces members to do more than they expect.

What do you think about that technique? For or against?

I do not correct anything unless necessary. Google bots are intelligent enough to detect organic activity.

And I'm sure Google has included in their algorithms what and how a forum operates.
