I personally don't consider SaaS offerings as "hosting". To me, hosting is the ability to install a script of your choosing on the provided platform.

There are many paid hosts? Someone is good for wordpress, someone is good for .net, java .... My favourite is Hostinger because its price is a bit reasonable .... And in my thought Godaddy very bad paid host.

I actually really enjoy PebbleHost. They are mainly focused on gaming servers, but their web server side is quite nice and often goes under the radar.
