I don't know if you want super specific or broad flavor concepts, so for now, I'm sticking with the broad method.
My favorite flavors are pretty much anything sweet or sour or a mixture of the two. I'm also starting to like spicy things a bit more.

I'm big on pepper spices. I love spicy food. My stomach doesn't always agree but I do it anyways, LOL.
I really like fruit tastes, bitter/sweet mixed like raspberry, blueberry, blackberry, and those sorts of fruits.
There is a candy my German family likes to make called Marzipan and I really like it, especially when there is a thin layer of dark chocolate over it.
