Do you keep a content calendar at all?

Sometimes its good to write down ideas for new content and save them for later.

Do you do this, or do you create new content as you think of new things on the spot?

Nice idea. I should give it a try.

I write mostly when I get a topic. When there is nothing interesting, I do not force myself to write.

I probably should try a content calendar. I usually just post when I have ideas and whatnot.

A content calendar is good to have around when you get ideas for your forum.

I use a simple spreadsheet. I have it broken down into the forum categories using tabs.

I fill the tabbed spreadsheets up with new ideas to post about, including a title and a post summary.

You could also add how many views and replies it gets to keep track of the best content.

Then repurpose later

I've never done this to be honest but its actually a pretty cool idea, there has been times I've thought of topics to make but completely forgotten about them. I'll give it a go!
