For your current website, do you have a partner owner/co-owner or do you run things on a solo/individual basis?

I've always run my community solo, but I do rely on a handful of trusted volunteers to help fill in gaps.

In my next initiative, I'm open to a partner (paging Shawn Gossman LOL). What's most important to me is recognizing my own shortfalls, and recognizing the strengths of others of where they can shine and complement my own skillset.

Haha thanks for the page.

I've recently accepted a community manager job on a paid community (I'm also getting paid) so I've been busy with that and my own stuff.

But maybe sometime :)
