I've had to ban some spammers & a rude member on my forum. If it’s Spam, it gets banned right away. I don’t publicly humiliate a member so I would message them privately with a concern I may have. I treat them with respect & only ask to be treated with respect in return. If they don’t & they had a cooling off period & still are being disrespectful, they will get banned.
